In addition to Roscoe Communications, Lauren supports Cornwall Association of Tourist Attractions as their marketing and communications manager, putting a marketing strategy in place and helping them to deliver on a number of projects.
Cornwall Association of Tourist Attractions was set up in 1974 and represents the highest quality tourist attractions in the county. Their public facing brand, Best Days Out Cornwall, provides a high level marketing platform for 39 attractions to promote themselves to tourists, local residents, accommodation providers and the tourism industry.
Major projects Lauren works has delivered include:
a three year marketing strategy determining the direction of the Association and pinpointing how they will evolve in that time
undertaking a brand identity review and rolling out a new brand identity in 2018
reviewing digital communications, including an overhaul of the Best Days Out Cornwall website in partnership with local creative agencies
improving their content strategy and messaging throughout all digital communications
demonstrating return on investment for all members
recruiting new member attractions to the CATA family of tourist attractions
reviewing the distribution strategies for the Association
improving internal communications and undertaking a culture change within the organisation
enhancing reputation management and media relations for Cornwall Association of Tourist Attractions
